CLAIMS: Refund / Reprint Policy

Thank you for shopping with BORED STYLE SHOP by JoKorotPresents. 

• We are an online store only, working with the top POD (Print on Demand) suppliers and goods.

• We work with the top Printers and Suppliers. On rare occasion, something may go wrong with the printing process. Should this happen with your order, we will work with you to make it right.   

• Our customers are our community. If you're not happy, we're not happy. We take pride in the quality of our products, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.                            

• Every item you purchase is our exclusive design, made to order just for you. Therefore we do not accept Returns.

• We do not stock, warehouse or resell merchandise. Therefore, we do not offer Exchanges.

  We DO REFUND OR REPRINT damaged or defective merchandise (see below).

• With every order, you will receive an email with instructions on how to initiate a claim. Instructions are also outlined below.

    What is 'defective merchandise?'

    Please review the following requirements regarding defects:

    Size, Color, and Pattern Issues: We understand that sometimes choices can be challenging, and preferences may change. However, as our products are made to order just for you, we cannot support refunds for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or pattern, or if you simply change your mind. Please order carefully with this in mind.

    'Tolerance' for Print Placement: This means that there is a 0.5" tolerance for print placement. Products within this tolerance range are considered within acceptable limits and will not be deemed defective.

    Color Discrepancies: IMPORTANT! Colors displayed online appear more vivid than they do in print due to variations in screen settings, and the nature of the printing process itself. Colors online are created from light; colors printed in ink on opaque surfaces (cloth) are not as vivid. This is a normal occurrence and does not qualify as a reason for a refund or exchange.

    Sock Patterns: The great charm of patterned and pictorial socks is how different they appear on each wearer. Designs will conform to and stretch differently on the shape of each wearer's legs, and will appear to be larger over the calf than over the ankle. How they morph when worn is part of the fun. Seams may show, especially in designs with darker backgrounds. These are all normal aspects of POD socks and will not be deemed defective.

    How to claim a Refund or Reprint for damaged or defective items:

    • When your order arrives, you will receive an email asking about your satisfaction with the items you purchased.
    • If you're happy we're happy. But if not, the email will contain directions for submitting a claim.
    • You will be asked to submit photos of the damage or defect that clearly verifies the claim so that we can assess the situation and contact you with the resolution.
    • Claim Confirmation: Our team will review your claim, and if approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with either the refund or reprint.
