Shipping policy
We are a Print on Demand, online business. Our exclusive products are designed by us, printed per order, and shipped directly to the customer as per our instructions at checkout. We therefore do not accept returns or exchanges.
We do make provisions for Refunds or Reprints for defective merchandise. Please see our Refunds / Reprints / Returns Policies for detailed information on this.
For every order, you will receive an email asking about your satisfaction with the products, and specifying how to proceed with a claim for damaged, defective, or missing merchandise. This will streamline the process for you and eliminate the need to have to figure out what to do.
